National Stress Awareness Day

Today, 2 November 2011, is
National Stress Awareness Day.

The event is organised by the ISMA
� the International Stress Management Association.

I have to say that the ISMA has produced a bumper crop
of resources for you to download from their website.

I particularly like some of the sleeping tips here, and the accompanying 60 second tranquiliser.

To start you off in assessing your life, there is a great worksheet, based on the HSE (UK Health and Safety Executive) Six Risk Factors for Stress: Worksheet and Instructions.
